Using VideoAIGenerator to create an adaptation, remix, or derivative visual work does not automatically grant rights to the original source material. If your workflow references protected media, you must secure the required licenses from the rights holder.

3. Copyright status of AI-generated output

Paid users may use AI-generated videos commercially in accordance with our Terms.

• Cover resulting losses, legal costs, and settlements

VideoAIGenerator is a technology platform and does not assume legal responsibility for user-provided inputs.

6. Prohibited uses

You may not use VideoAIGenerator to:

• Upload protected content without authorization
• Reproduce or distribute copyrighted works unlawfully
• Bypass copyright protection or detection mechanisms
• Intentionally generate infringing copies of protected media

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

7. Our role
